My first all inclusive beach vacation made a memorial by the resort staff, food and events at the resort. it is very family friendly. Many events throughout the day. They accommodated vegetarian food options for us. There are plenty in their menu but sometime.they still go out of the way to serve us special customized vegetarian dishes. The resort and rooms are a little dated and need renovations, but that doesn't stop you from enjoying it.

I recently visited Beach Palace in mid-January 2024 and wanted to share my honest review of the experience. Overall the beautiful beach setting, excellent meals, and good value make it worth considering for a future visit. Check-in was a bit slow, even though we were the only ones in line. One suggestion would be to have a bar with drinks and snacks for guests waiting in line. It could enhance the overall check-in experience, especially for larger parties. The facility, considering its age, is well-maintained. Our room was clean, but it could benefit from a renovation, the double vanity sinks were much lower than standard height. Upgrading would certainly enhance the stay. The value for money at Beach Palace is commendable. The stunning Cancun beach and bright blue ocean views, along with the pools, water slide, top-shelf liquor, and delicious meals, make it a great choice for families. All our meals, from breakfast to dinner, were excellent, with the restaurants outshining the dinner buffet. One drawback was the long lines at the buffet during breakfast, omelets station, as there was only one chef handling the demand. In conclusion, our overall experience at Beach Palace was positive, and we would consider visiting again. A key factor for us is pricing, around $500 USD per night for 2 adults and 2 children, it represents a great value for the amenities offered. With improvements, particularly in the check-in process and property renovations, Beach Palace could really elevate it's appeal.

Nice rooms, spacious, clean, open with a big Balcony. The staff is really good and the service is excellent. Nice location if you want to enjoy the sandy beach. The all inclusive food option is just so-so. I highly recommend the resort group to improve on the food choices as well as provide better cooked and better flavor food, for the options already present.
