Comfortable room and convenient location to main tourist areas. Also with very friendly and helpful reception, especially Cyril! Appreciated the WhatsApp contact by reception to settle questions especially parking for our rental car. Breakfast was good, welcome drink was a nice touch. Only small feedback is room lighting could be brighter.

My fiancé and I loved this hotel. First off, Facu, from the front desk was FANTASTIC! Extremely kind and super helpful. When we checked in he showed us a map and showed us all the locations to visit and eat and circled areas to go visit. The room we had was spacious and the bed was very comfortable during our stay. The hotel room included 2 complimentary waters. The breakfast spread they provided was actually great! They had coffee machine, variety of baked goods, cold cuts, as well as fruits and few other items. The location of the hotel is perfect to walk around Lisboa. There are easy access to two “hidden” elevators to go up towards the castle and down towards the city center. The hotel is on a hill so just be aware of that. Overall great stay.

One of the best places to stay in Lisbon. Our stay was super comfortable, staff was warm and welcoming. They even have welcome drink, which we appreciate a lot!
