The hotel looked lovely and contemporary from the moment we walked in. The breakfast was pretty good with many various options. From fresh fruits, yoghurt to crossiant, bread rolls, and various colds of meats. There are also the options for omelette freshly made to order. All the staff are very pleasant and friendly Location wise, there are a lot of hills, but then that meant the views were amazing

I had a disappointing experience at this hotel. My initial room was incredibly cramped with a minuscule window facing a wall. Seeking an upgrade, I reluctantly shelled out an extra 80 euros for four nights. The new room was an improvement, featuring a pleasant shower. However, my mood soured when I discovered I had been bitten by bed bugs – a truly disgraceful situation. On the upside, the staff was friendly.

Room is ok but cannot believe the room service finishes at 1030pm. The whole point of room service is to get food conveniently. It’s now 11pm and I’m starving and can’t order food.

Reserved this hotel in April, when arriving for the first night they say only have a room with double single bed, when I did reserved a 2 person bed for me and my girlfriend. They managed to send me to a matrimonial bedroom the next day, but not having a suitable room when I reserved with months ahead is just dumb. After moving to this new room WiFi was not connectable at all, as soon as we would manage ( with 1 to 2 stripes) as soon as we open something with Internet it would disconnect, tried to reach out to lobby, saying the problem was with my cellphone and not the WiFi, after several attempts went personally to the lobby with proof of poor connections but nothing was done. When arriving the next day to verify if a reset or something was done, we get yet again no connection and now not only the cellphones but also the TV itself was saying no internet available. Finally but not least, when turning off celling lights, a faint light would still be on ALL NIGHT, me and my girlfriend having light sleep with light, made us not sleeping well for the rest of the remaining stay.
