The room is really very nice when considered on its own: it's clean, looks nice and it has everything I needed. A big problem though is the thickness (thinness!) of the walls. This makes the hotel really noisy and I could hear anything happening in almost any other room on the same floor. If noise is not a problem for you, this is a great place: service was OK and location-wise it's excellent.

It was as expected. The staff were helpful, they allow late check out if there are no reservations, and they keep your items for free if you won't leave until much later. They have free water in the room and in the gym. The pool is small and not heated, but should be ideal in the warmer months. Cleaning and maintenance staff were efficient. Breakfast was a little overpriced, but should be fine if you eat for three people like me. My only nitpick is the thermostat. I could not figure out how heating worked and the receptionist also didn't really know. I spent my entire stay with just a slightly opened window and it was still chilly in the morning. Some might also be bothered by the sounds of water flowing or people talking in front of the door, but they weren't such a deal breaker.

We had a bad leak coming through our ceiling due to the air conditioning unit. I’m pregnant and slipped on the wet floor which was really scary. We told reception who told us it would be fixed. We came back later and it was not fixed, in fact the damage had got worse. We were told the hotel was full for the night and were given a fan and some towels for the leak. The receptionist confirmed we’d get a refund for the night. The next night we got moved to a different room. Upon check-out a different receptionist told us we would not be getting a refund and that we were offered a different hotel the night they were full but we did not accept. This was a complete lie, if we had been offered a different hotel/room we would have taken it! The customer service and general welfare of customers was really poor and would we would not recommend this hotel to others.
