The owner and his family could not be more polite, helpful, and happy to have your custom. Clean, well-located, low-cost stay. Number 1 - don’t hesitate to book as for the price it’s very good. Number 2 - be considerate and lovely to them, it’s a small family-run hotel. Advice: - Get the Cat Ba Express from Hanoi. - This island is 100% worth a visit if you want Ha Long Bay views without the crowds and pollution. - It’s a 5-6min walk from the centre of town. - Local draft beer in town is so cheap in happy hour (

Cleanest most comfortable stay I've had in a long time! Greeted at the door with warm towels and passion fruit juice! The rooms are very clean, breakfast has a great variety. The place is family friendly. We kept on adding on more days as we loved the location. It is central and walking distance to town. The manager lined up all of our tours, scooters, and transportation to our next stop. I visited with my wife and 2 kids and had a lovely 9 day stay.

Very nice hotel, the staff was so nice and accommodating, they really helped us with anything all the time, the breakfast was simple but everything was tasty and the hotel is ideally located, so close to all the shops and restaurants, the bus station, as well as the beach ! We were able to check in at 7am which is a huge plus compared to most of the hotels !! We will definitely come back there if we stay in cat ba again ! Thank you !!
