The worst hotel I’ve stayed at in Vietnam. The bathtub is disgusting and the shower hose was leaking. Hot water works for 4 minutes, only 1 outlet worked, they provided a safe box but no keypad or locking mechanism and tried to call the reception but the phone didn’t work. I asked for a different room and they said all the rooms were the same. The service was horrible the guy at the reception looked like he hated his job. The roof top pool /bar looks like a scene in a horror movie. Saw some where it said this was a 3 star hotel, it’s definitely not it should be a 1 star HOSTEL not a hotel. Stay here if u like cold water, don’t need anything charged and rude service otherwise don’t stay here.

Room 1009 is not good for the smell. You will smell ugly from its toilet. The phone inside is also broken. Got water only runs for 4 minutes is true. But the view is quite good from looking out from its window. Quite a Great view but serious weaknesses create a strong sense of pity.

The hotel is located in the centre of cat ba island main town. Depending on your room great views and all the rooms are clean, for our room the staff put in a lot of detail and efforts to our room for our anniversary . I would say for the pricing they do charge for the room, a bit of love and work is needed to the hotel overall. (But that didn’t bother us as we were discovering the island morning to evening). If you’re just looking to stay somewhere and go out each day, its perfect. We personally didn’t use the facilities (pool,bar,karaoke,) as it was closed and need some action from staff ( I rekon this would be different in summer) Honestly it has the best views of cat ba !!! so if some work was done to the pool area ( lights, new deck, full bar, music, staff) the place would honestly be the best hotel along the strip. However i think this could also be the time of year we have come cat ba island, it was more quiet therefore seems a lot of the hotels were vacant/closed Hopefully next time we come we can use the facilities ☺️ Thankyou guys

Most hotel facilities were closed, such as the bar, karaoke, and spa. Restaurant provided lunch and dinner without any options. Breakfast has more options, with a choice of western breakfast and beef pho. I had the room with the cruise tour so not sure of the price of the room. Almost a ghost town in the afternoon. Imagine only 5-6 rooms booked in the whole hotel in a day! Nothing much to do in the town.
