i recently had the pleasure of staying at Central Suite Taksim Hotel, and it turned out to be a delightful experience. Here's a breakdown of my stay. Prime Location: Central Suite Taksim Hotel is ideally situated in the heart of Taksim, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the vibrant city. The proximity to [ Taksim Square ] was a major plus. Spacious and Comfortable Rooms: The room at Central Suite Taksim Hotel was spacious, well-designed, and offered a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring the city. Attentive Staff: The hotel staff was exceptionally attentive and friendly. They went out of their way to ensure that all my needs were met, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Clean and Well-Maintained: The cleanliness of both the room and the common areas was impressive. Housekeeping did an excellent job of keeping everything tidy.

Excellent location (very close to Taksim square – about 3 min walk + Istiklal shopping street) The reception is helpful and their behavior is classy, the cleanliness is 10/10, the bedspreads and covers, and the cups of tea. Also we got extra pillow :) Wonderful experience. Very friendly atmosphere. Love to stay again in our next visit ♥️

Our experience of staying was terrible. First, the room was smelly, and the furniture was in much worse condition than in the pictures (see the attached pictures). Second, a cleaning lady threw away a bag with my personal belongings (shaver (Gillette), shaving gel, deodorant, toothbrush, hairbrush, hair gel). I guess, she thought it was trash, but obviously, it wasn't. I went to a store and bought the things of equivalent quality (nothing expensive), and the 'general manager' has refused to compensate my expenses (260 Turkish liras, about 16 euros). I was ready to get a partial compensation of 150 Turkish liras (about 9 euros), but he refused even that saying 'sorry, the cleaning lady said it was trash'. Third, after we checked out, he canceled our booking saying we hadn't shown up. As a result, now I cannot leave an honest review of the place and the service on booking.com. In my opinion, the place is so much overrated on booking.com and google, so, people get deceived and unsatisfied with the service in the end.

Can't recommend this hotel enought. Room was perfect, hotel owner Hasan is a wonderful person. Helped me with my stay, pointed me to attractions and beautiful places in Istanbul. Really cant thank enough how helpful hotel manager was, anything I needed or asked for was delivered so quickly and efficently. Gave the review of 5 stars because that's how I felt being a guest at Central Suites Taksim. Awesome location, awesome city but what made the stay even more enjoyable was the support I received when I was having difficulties and problems. Was made to feel very welcomed and supported which is far beyond what as hotel manager would do. Really would recommend this hotel to everyone because it's not just the accommodation it's the people that own it that make the difference and honestly feel that anyone who stays here will have as very enjoyable holiday with feeling supported and welcomed. Fantastic place and people can't wait to book again and see my family again in istanbul because that's how I was made to feel If you wish to book this hotel do it you definately won't be disappointed. Awesome 😀
