Not expensive, but insect bugs included in the room. Staff tried to help, but it's too late when bugs have already infiltred in the room (see photos and video attached), the bed and... are on your body. Instead of excusing themself, they will blame you to enjoy your only night in Patong out, not getting back to the hotel for checking the problem with them at their own schedule...

The hotel is at a convenient location and the rooms are worth the price.The staffs are also helpful and friendly.Had a good time of my vacation there.

The main thing with lower configuration is a low price, the premise is that the software is pre-ordered. The mattress is pretty good, but nothing else is surprising.
