One of the best sea view in Kata Area! We really like our apartment, it’s was fully equipped and large, with fantastic view. Massage, restaurant and spa on the territory, 5 pools, small shop in few steps. In 5 minutes walk there is a street with restaurants and 7/11. We rented a car, so it was easy to reach the beach, walking it’s in 20 minutes, driving - 5 minutes. There are few agents who make rentals, we booked through the office and can say that staff is really very helpful and nice. Recommend!

A friend has 2 condos here that he has to unfortunately sell or rent due to health reasons. Nice place, great views of Kata Beach & surrounding area & big Buddha, but get ready to walk some stairs! I didn't mind that part, but disabled should reconsider. Freehold or leasehold units available for rent. This seems to be an 'upper-scale' place with nicer cars and fashion wearing folks. Great for a nice getaway, or long stay. Small conveinance store & laundry on site. Vegetarian restaurant open just up the hill. 👍👍

Wonderful place. Location is near the beach and other interests. At the same time far enough away from all the noise and tourist hoopla. Charming vibe, well managed, clean, great pools, a must stay if in Kata Beach.

I don't recommend staying here, the rooms are not clean. Sofa and chairs in the living area were covered with stains, l had to asked at the reception for my room to be cleaned!! housekeepers refused to change bedsheets and leave clean towels, l was told that this is done every 3days;/. Reception nice but they say that things will be sorted and then nothing happens. If you don't enjoy mountain/concrete climbing every day make sure you don't get rooms on the bottom of the very deep hill. Even tuk tuk drivers refuse to drive down that hill and they seem pretty tough 😂,If you want to enjoy your holiday book your room somewhere else, closer to Kata
