Location - not as close to the beach, about 10 min. Room was very basic, terrible shower, not separated from the rest of bathroom. As a result floor in the bathroom always wet. Useless TV that didn't work. Mattress was extremely hard. The room was Overpriced. VERY unfriendly host/owner. For any question related to local transportation we got wrong answer. You can find much better deals if ask tour companies on next street.

The atmosphere at Hi Karon hotel is very peaceful and relaxing! Our room was clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. And I really loved a jungle-style terrace we had. They serve the best breakfast in the world! Also we had dinner there twice! And Omg it was sooo finger-licking good! We'll definitely come back next year👍🏻 Dear Pascal and Philippe, thank you for your hospitality!❤️🙏🏻

Me and my wife stayed at this hotel for a week in January 2022. The hotel is very clean, beautiful and has great decor. The location is great, it's a 5min walk to the beach and close to many shops and restaurants. The owners, Pascal and Phillipe, are super nice and welcoming and they are always there making sure everyone is happy. Phillipe is the chef and he makes very tasty dinners at great prices. We are still traveling in Thailand and at the end of our trip, we're thinking about going back to this hotel and stay for a whole month. I highly recommend this place.

Pros: nice location not far away from beach. Very friendly owner. Had scooter rental service. Had proper hot water. Had cats. Cons : TV never worked all our stay. Flimsy internet we ended up using our sim card even tho we were room 101 next to it. Had a lot of mosquitos despite being extra careful for the door. Mold on walls. Uncomfortable bed but outlets next of the bed. Not enough lighting. Only 1 key per couple. Would recommend based depending on price and other options.
