Charlie was a pleasant surprise in Itaim. The building is residential, but has a mini market (very complete and reasonably priced), swimming pool, barbecue area and common room on the third floor. For those who need a garage, they are spacious and easy to maneuver. Very well located, you can do a lot on foot. However, for those who have a car or rely on Uber, they need to be patient: as it is immediately below Avenida Santo Amaro, which has been under construction for 2 years, traffic is quite annoying in the region and many taxi and Uber drivers end up canceling their trip. to avoid the race. About the apartment, I loved it: exactly as in the photos and without surprises. Large balcony with comfortable chair; queen bed with Sealy Miami mattress 1.58x1.98m from Plumatex and sheets in a good Teka percale, as well as a warm duvet and soft neither high nor low pillows. There are plenty of cupboards, with an iron and a portable ironing board (I didn't like it, because it has a fold right in the middle that makes ironing difficult). Powerful air conditioning: one of the best I've ever seen. Kitchen with large and silent refrigerator; Nespresso coffee maker, small microwave, electric oven and 2-burner induction hob. A Teflon frying pan is missing, as there is only one pan available and everything sticks to it absurdly, to the point where you can't do anything. Bathroom with good shower, temperable water with cold and hot available and a 1700W hairdryer that's a breeze. Apartment floor comfortable for walking barefoot (it doesn't get too cold). Regarding noise, the acoustic insulation of the place is not good: I stayed in an apartment on the 14th floor and there was a lot of traffic and construction noise. Wonderful and helpful building staff. Service from the Charlie chain is quick, but there is a lack of courtesy to ensure the guest experience is perfect.
