If you are coming on foreign business avoid like the plague. This place does not have the rooms they are selling. They messaged an hour before check-in to say they didn't have the room I had paid for. No follow-up, no help, no refund, just we took the money and don't have it, go away. After arguing, and whilst they explained they had rented our room to someone who was refusing to leave they put us in a shabby room for a night. Then the day after, insisted we leave. Awful. Just awful. Save yourself the drama, we spent 2 days just sorting this out, and waiting in the street with our bags for hours. Don't believe the photos, this place is a dumpsterfire.

Staying at Tabas was one of the worst experiences I've ever had in my life! I stayed at Tabas for a stay that was supposed to last approximately 1 week, and during that period I visited more than 7 apartments. Yes, 7 apartments! From air conditioning dripping on the bed, visits to apartments that were supposed to be clean, but which in fact still had leftover food and rubbish from previous occupants, to having to walk around the building with full linen - toilet paper included - to have where sleep! That's only on the first night. Support took a long time to respond, was unclear and provided false information. Yes! Liars, as it is not possible that 5 units reported as clean were dirty when we arrived - in addition to having no empathy with the situation that the lack of service structure forced us to live with. Oh! And we still spent about 2 days in apartments where we didn't even know if we could leave our things, as Taba couldn't even tell us about that in a timely and safe manner. All this in an important week of work that we had to go to SP. It was the worst experience I had with stays! From far away. And the best part: our compensation was a 20% discount on the next stay. A joke. If this situation wasn't enough, in the following 2 weeks we had such terrible experiences again with this company (from the air conditioning flooding the room once again, to arriving in the room and not having towels or bed linen and not being able to take a shower or even wanting to sleep in a clean bed)
