The worst hotel ever i've been to, the managing, and the service was very bad, also the break fast taste not nice at all, i couldn't finish it. from the beginning they refuse to take my bags out of the car unless i made a reservation, and they told me that they will take my car to the parking aria, but i found out after 30 minutes that my car was working out side the hotel and no body in it. every sector of the hotel didn't update each other about anything, they was going to charge us for something was free, they send the security to our room to take our bags and this is the first time i see a hotel makes that, and he was rude. also the house keeping they just open the door and want to inter. the rooms is nice, there is no room service after midnight. this is going to be my last visit, i'm not gonna do this bad experience again at all.

Outstanding Hotel exceeded my expectations. was a very clean and luxurious hotel. The reception team Ms. Fresheil and Ms. Joan hospitality had a real 5-star service elegant and professional they both deserve a 10/10 mark even though the other employees were smiling and welcoming you all the time I recommend for everyone to come here and enjoy the 5-star service. I have a small point just to enhance the service quality ( at the checkout I had to wait for about 5 to 10 minutes so they go and check the room, maybe it was hotel policy but nowadays most hotels you just drop the key. this is the only part I was not comfortable with but as I mentioned it may be hotel policy). Yes, I will stay again and again in this hotel that's for sure. Ali

The rooms what ever have maintenance report should be not available for guests to host. We have post complaints at the website to reclaim our stay we didn’t enjoy our stay due to highly noisy water pipes inside the room . Even the 1st room we have checked in was damaged window. We feel disappointed about it. The manager moved us to another room have issue. Our stay &1st experience was very negative about the hotel managment. It is basic skills that you shouldn’t host any geust at defected rooms.
