Worst ever experience as I traveled in Dubai and saudia here I face multiple issues which can guide family people. 1.worst location for family people. 2.reception guy will not inform u important points like loud music noise that can disturb u till 3 am. 3.no separate lift for families guest and their music lounge.so be careful 4.manager shows totally no association with hotel if u will say a complaint to reception he usually sits out side in hall as a guest appearance. 5.no care for families they can rent a very next room to some one single person..that's not good for family staying there. There are much more ..but now only these.

Polo Hotel- Bahrain - I appreciate the staff who worked so hard to make our stay comfortable. The location is great because of nearby restaurants and easy accessibility to different areas. It is just, the building is old, and the rooms are not cleaned every day. The toilets have a leakage, and the door locks make you worried. The AC vent is dusty and smells of cigarettes not good for anyone who has respiratory and sinus problems. They need to clean it every day even if they don’t have guests, they need to. There’s a club inside the building and disturbs each room during the night because of loud music. The room doesn’t have any e-kettle you still need to ask and the necessities a room should have. Our entire stay was plainly okay, not superb. If you plan to stay here with family, don’t. Plus, choose the Suite Room as this is the only not so great room, but it will serve its purpose. Staying the whole time inside your room might be not the best idea. In fairness, they kept us safe during our stay and nice.

I stay here 8 months ago had few bad experience. The location is superb and size of the rooms are huge. But the cleaning and pest management is poor. They dont have proper service in the room.

WORST HOTEL WE'VE EVER BEEN TO!! This is a four-star hotel yet the service is only suitable for one to none. We arrived 30 mins before their check in time yet no rooms were available. We waited till 2pm, however the staff keeps saying NO ROOMS YET! ALMOST 10 PEOPLE WAITING IN THEIR LOBBY, why would these people have their customers wait for hours where in fact, they could have told them that there are no rooms available and better to go somewhere else! A person who claims to be the manager does not know how to sympthatize nor provide solutions. THIS HOTEL IS NOT RECOMMENDABLE ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE VERY TIRED! VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! THEY DON'T DESERVE TO BE A FOUR-STAR HOTEL!
