The staff are very friendly and helpful. Atmosphere is relaxed, pretty "festive"(I lodged at weekend time) but guests too were friendly and well behaved. I slept in a unisex dormitory, and nobody disturbed me at all. I highly recommend for travellers who doesn't stress about sharing spaces. Nobody will be watching you or demanding you to take part of anything, but if you like, you can join social games, lobby bar, etc. Very nice.

My go to hostel whenever I visit Helsinki! Beds are pretty cheap if you book it before your trip, for example I paid 36€ for 2 nights. Always clean and very friendly staffs

Good location to get into the city centre by tram - the stop is a 2 minute walk. The bedrooms were nice but the dormitories were quiet large. The toilets and showers were very very dirty, however. That is the main reason for the low score. Cleanliness really needs to be improved.
