I don’t write reviews often but the service was so good I wanted to right one.. I had a minor issue in the room(shower not warm/not cold.) And they immediately gave me a new room so I didn’t have to shower lukewarm again before they could fix it. Special mention for Dane, who is just the sweetest and cutest receptionist ever! And also Pheaktra who immediately solved the issue at 11PM at night. 🙏🏻👍🏻

This is a sister hotel of the CTS Hotel. The swimming pool, Restaurant and parking are all in the CTS. So be mindful where you book. The rooms were clean and the aircon was alright. The room had a bathtub. Water was hot and pressure was good. Internet was alright as well. Very close to pub street, 7-11, market, etc. The hotel seemed a bit quiet and empty. Room was cleaned everyday with new towels but no hand-wash / body wash was replaced. When asked they didn't understand what I want, so don't expect perfect English from the stuff. Room had a very small balcony but very dusty and dirty. Overall an alright stay for a few days We wanted to try the pool but it seemed dirty, empty, at 5th floor was some construction working too, no bar, no music. We gave up.

Hotel is good but i cant understand the rule of this hotel they dnt ask guest that they stay more or not hotel staff just call and say that its 12:00 o’clock u have to checkout now …we stay there for last 4 days nd we want stay there for 3 days more but they cal nd say its your chekout time .. we really feel bad to look hotel staff behaviour …
