Paid 25$ for the room which made me feel this is how far 25$ would get me! The road is not clean; very dusty while the bathroom look like those in ghost thriller movie setup and the door kept asking me to uplock. The stupid dj/rapper whatever at the nico hotel opposite this hotel howling like he is some sort of phenomenon while the parking lot is not comfortable despite being available. Overall very disappointed and will never come back again.

Excellent hotel close to Pub Street. Cozy and large rooms. Many breakfast choices. Good value for money. Very friendly and nice staff (a special thanks to Sam and Sophary for their suggestions (balloon trip was amazing) and help in buying bus tickets). And last but not least the roof swimming pool is wonderful.

☆ Special requests (1. high floor, 2. twin bed) were not returned at all when making a reservation, and there was no explanation for these. Since I was assigned to a room on the first floor, I told the staff that I wanted a high floor for special requests, but the high floor was "full", but as a result of my own confirmation, there were many vacancies on the high floor. ☆ Wi-Fi was too slow and disconnected frequently, making it impossible to handle business. So I asked for action, but instead of trying to deal with the grievance or expressing apology, this hotel was so unpleasant to respond to me with an angry expression, as if it was natural that the Wi-Fi was slow and disconnected frequently. ☆ About 1 night would be okay for sightseeing, but if you are traveling for more than 2 nights, I would never recommend making a reservation and using this hotel.

The room was beautiful and suited our needs perfectly. It was very clean and comfortable with enough room for a family of four (and all our kit!). The staff were incredibly kind and helpful and went out of their way to help us, with no additional cost. After traveling for 4 weeks, I can honestly say that this hotel stood head and shoulders above the rest. This time, you can believe the photos online!

Large and clean rooms, but most of the rooms don’t have any windows! Rooms are missing some light. Staff is extremely nice and helpful. Organized for us transportation from and to the airport and helped us with any questions we had. Location is great, very convenient, walking distance from everything, but still quiet. There’s a really nice and clean rooftop pool! Breakfast was served in the hotel across the street and was fine.
