Outstanding hotel with very nice room but poor quality of service for a 5-star hotel. I had in-room dining and there has been a mistake of them including pork in my food which was not mentioned in the menu, I just took it out of the food. I complained the day after but they didn’t apologize or make any gesture. At the check out, I was not asked how my stay was; just the billing. Also English is not easy for a part of the staff which we don’t expect for a hotel of this quality. I struggled talking in English with the room service, the spa and even the reception. I chose this hotel for the quality of customer service that I didn’t experience the way I expected. This remains a good hotel but I will probably try another one next time.

Cannot ask for more. The view from the room is amazing. The room is very spacious and the amenities are great. The only drawback is that the window is a bit dusty from our room. The bed is very comfortable. Buffet breakfast is good and you can ordered from a lar carte. The view from the bar is also great.

I stayed 14 nights in the Premier Suite on business and must say the hotel is of the highest standard, as you'd expect. The room was one of my favourite in the World, amazing views. The gym has everything one could need and great yoga classes as well. Although not all staff in the breakfast room were fluent in English, they always went out of their way to accommodate my needs. Would highly recommend.

It is our second stay at this hotel, and we would definitely return on our next trip to Beijing. Bobby Cui at concierge has given us great help over the emails and in person. He was super helpful in making reservations for restaurants, museums, themed parks, and even sent messages to us during the day just to check if our day has been going smoothly and if there’s anything else he could help us with! Frankly this is the best concierge service I have received so far. Jessica Yang at breakfast room has been wonderful too. She took good care of us especially our kids, remembered what each of us prefers (from drinks to special hot meals requests), and always has a smile on her face. It feels really welcoming seeing her there every morning! Everything about our stay was great, except one day when I returned to our room, and realised the bathroom was not cleaned properly. Box tissue ran out the night before and had not been replaced with new ones - still an empty box there, bar soap was not replaced, and most obviously I can see toothpaste marks all around the sink. Called front desk and left a reminder for the cleaning ladies to make sure it is properly cleaned the next day.

Great location and marvelous city views from the top floors, a rarity in Beijing! The snacks and soft drinks available at the lounge bar are also very convenient for travelers. Above all, the room is quite spacious with a very comfortable king-size bed. The main drawback is that the elevator won't respond to my room's key card to reach the designated floor most of the time, which was quite irritating!
