I had the best time at this b&b! Everything was efficient and easy to access, the area of the city is perfect as its close to everything- and it was such a lovely little extra to get breakfast at a cafe nearby included every morning. Maria was so sweet (she cleaned the rooms every day) and Mario was always helpful. I always had everything I needed. Would stay here again anytime!

My mom and I stayed at Ciao Bellini in the beginning of July for a few nights as we kicked off a longer trip in Italy. Mario and the staff were wonderful to communicate with and took exceptional care of us. The room was spacious, cool, and clean and very well situated for our adventures in Naples. We received great recommendations from the team about what to do and what to see, and we left Naples with memorable and fond memories!

Great place to stay. Super clean room. Excellent location. The street is full of bars (it doesn't seem so during the day, but then at night, it's very lively). However, the room was very well isolated and I didn't hear anything of what was going on outside. Also, Mario is a great host. I won't hesitate to go back here. I'm updating this comment on the 14/09/2023 because I changed my mind about the service. My wife forgot a hair straightener in the room. They were supposed to send it home but until today, that has not happened. Even though, of course, we would pay the cost of the delivery.

I can’t say a single bad thing about this place. Very modern inside, and tons of space. Every amenity you need. Close to good restaurants and two metro locations but it’s very quiet. Awesome views. Elevator is a huge plus. Mario is an amazing person and I shared several great conversations with him. The free breakfast coupons for the bar nearby we’re a cherry on top. It’s a true 5/5 and 10/10.
