The fact that this hotel is just an entrance away from mid valley mall is just amazing. I am not very excited about the room in general but the toilets in the room are surprisingly excellent. It’s clean and looks very nice too. The soap and shampoo provided is also very good. A gym and a pool would have elevated this experience even further. Overall, I would definitely come back again.

I spent three nights in this hotel, and it was totally worth the experience. The room was refurbished, and I love the new design. The room view (1902) was superb, with KLCC, KL Tower, 118, and TRX all in sight. Housekeeping was also excellent, as the room was clean, and all basic toiletries were provided. They also provided a fridge in the room, although it's not as cool as I had expected. The place has great soundproofing, quiet and comfy.

Recommended. Loved our stay as usual. Been staying here couple of times a year. Everytime was pleasant. EXCEPT the TV! It’s digital era, please upgrade your channels to watchable channels please. My only complain so far. Other than that, it was excellent.

We went for a superior double room for a night stay here while we attended a friend's birthday celebration nearby. The room is smaller than the others within that area but it has everything that you need. The sheets felt a little sticky and damp and there was barely any hot water when we showered. But other than that, everything else was great and it has direct access to the center of Mid Valley so that's definitely a plus point.
