While the rooms are a bit on the smaller side, they were clean, quiet, and comfortable. The staff was friendly and polite. The location couldn’t be any better.. easy access to everything in the loop and Michigan Ave. The tech in the room take about 2 min to figure out … there is adjustable lighting as well as night lighting. Breakfast was good.. better than most but not gourmet.. still worth it. Will definitely stay here again!! Only disappointment was the lack of refund for cancellation on Expedia…

Super comfy beds! This is a great place for couples to stay. Excellent location *and* the check-in areas smell like my favorite candle. My partner and I celebrated our tenth anniversary here and we will certainly be back to make it a new tradition. Great breakfast with healthy options and very kind staff who actually seemed eager to help. We were impressed!

Was in Chicago for a concert, stayed two nights. I got early check in as early as 10 am! Self check in is really easy and there’s an attendant there to help you if needed. I got to pick my room which was really nice. The room was good! Nice shower, counter, view. The lights, blinds, and curtains were a really neat feature too. My only complaint over all is that the bed was REALLY stiff, didn’t give me to much trouble because of how exhausted I was both days when I finally got to sleep. Didn’t really wake up with back pain but I can see why someone would! Gabby was AMAZING. She was so kind to me and amazing to talk to. She gave me good advice on which room to get and kept up a really good conversation. The location is GOOD! Very walkable to just about everything. Would stay again, would just bring my mattress topper😂 Overall, it’s a lot better than what I paid for. My mother was concerned when I told her I was staying for two nights in downtown Chicago at only 248$ TOTAL, but I trusted the reviews I had seen before hand.

Modern hotel management - very tech forward and with a personable team of employees ready to help as needed. The rooms were exactly what you need: efficient use of space, clean, welcoming with an artistic touch. I felt like I was staying in an upgraded hostel where I could choose to socialize with people in the common spaces, which were often being used for reading, games, work. I enjoyed the creative touches to encourage reading and writing during your stay.
