Very good location very near the Taipei main station, so getting around the city is a breeze. The staff is also very helpful friendly and attentive. The rooms are very clean and modern. The only minus is that it could a bit noisy if you have a room on the lower floor as the hotel is right next to a busy junction. But it's nothing too crazy. All in all a nice and funky hotel in Taipei, this will be my go to hotel if I ever have the chance to visit Taipei again.

modern smart home features – controlling room temperature, lights, and TV channel switching, all done from an iPad. The hot water and water pressure were satisfying. The bed was comfortable, with clean sheets and towels provided. While the bathroom and room size was a bit small, it was manageable for couple. One unique aspect was the city living experience, as the bed is positioned right next to a full-height window, offering a captivating view. Overall, a great stay with a perfect blend of modern amenities and comfort.

The small missed details of this hotel make it feel unrefined. Corners of the shower were dirty. Hallways have a weird odor. The duvet cover on my bed had yellow stains upon check in. Water gets into the toilet area of the bathroom when showering and there’s no drain, so you have to step in a puddle every time you want to use the toilet for a few hours until it dries. One day, I inquired about laundry at 11am and was told it can be dropped off whenever and be ready by 8pm. Then went to hand over some clothes to be washed at around 12:30pm and another employee was working who stated that the cutoff was noon so I missed it, and if I were to drop it off then it wouldn’t be back until 8pm the next night or even later (can’t even guarantee the regular time?). I explained that the previous employee had apparently wrongly informed me, but there was no attempt to rectify the situation (they could have comped rush laundry). I was at the hotel before noon, so obviously if I had been correctly informed about the cutoff time I would have just dropped off my clothes before 12. The laundry service is expensive too. How difficult would it be to install a couple washing machines? Overall, not worth the price, so I won’t be staying here again. The only redeeming quality is the good location. I moved to a smaller hotel a 6 minute walk from here for 60% of the price and it was a better experience.
