The check in process was smooth and friendly. Donna at the front desk was very nice. I decided to go to the restaurant for a quick bite to eat. I was the last order of the night at the restaurant. The food was overcooked and dry. Not good at all. I also tried ordering dessert but was told they did not have anything on the menu… no ice cream and no pastries except something with meringue but no “cake” part. The service was friendly but very slow. The orange juice was a mix they make from concentrate and it was practically water. The breakfast provided had hot and cold items to choose from and tasted ok. The room itself was clean and comfortable and had air conditioning that worked well. Unfortunately the shower was very old. It had white fiberglass surround wall panels and floor and was extremely old and visually dirty. As if stained with dirt that would not come off. Very unattractive and made me not want to step foot in the shower. Free transport to the airport was provided and there was an outdoor pool. Overall not a horrible place to stay for a night or two but I definitely would probably not want to spend a whole vacation there.

While the accommodations are nice, they don't deliver on service: They don't answer their phone, respond to their text message service, or have a reply-capable email. I tried calling many times over the course of a day, including morning, afternoon, and evening, and they didn't pick up. This means that they don't _actually_ provide a shuttle from the airport. Although I scheduled a shuttle with them in-person to the airport and arrived 8 minutes early (checking lobby and outside and confirming where I should wait), they left without me (or perhaps never arrived at all). Then they said after realizing their mistake that they would call me a car. After then spending 10 minutes bickering with the partner hotel about whose fault it was, they then told me to instead just wait for the next shuttle in 15 minutes. The shuttle driver is nice. Room was clean but not thoroughly. For example, there was a brown streak on the couch in the room. They forgot to put proper towels in the room, but there was a single hand towel. In retrospect, this probably means the hand towel wasn't a fresh replacement, which is kinda gross.

I booked a room at this hotel for me and my family, but when we arrived, we were shocked to find out that they had cancelled our reservation without informing us. They claimed that they had overbooked and had no rooms available for us. They offered no apology, no compensation, and no help in finding another place to stay. We had to scramble to find a very expensive alternative at the last minute, which ruined our vacation. This hotel is the worst. They have no respect for their customers and no sense of responsibility. Do not book with them unless you want to be left stranded and disappointed.

If you plan to use the shuttle, you need to call them upon arrival to ask for it, and the pickup point is at the outside of the departure door parking. Do not go on the arrival outside parking where the taxi and other shuttles are. Nobody will really tell you, even the hotel, that you are at the wrong place, and they will try to sell you a cab ride for a way overpriced fair. In fact, at the first call, the hotel operator told me to go to post #4, which only existed at the arrival side of the terminal and were paid taxi parks.... so it is surely very, very odd and likely not a coincidence. The hotel and breakfast are ok. Staff was friendly. Without the shuttle ridiculous frustration, the experience would be way better.
