It is a nice hotel in the center of Tbilisi, very good location. Nice rooms, good breakfast, but there is no coffee included in it, only the instant coffee, no black coffee and espresso machine. The room was good and clean, but there was too much smell of some kind of parfume in the hall and room. Also there is no place for parking the car, I understand this, because of its location, but just to take into consideration, if you are by car, you have to spend some time by searching the parking place nearby.

Perfectly located amazing hotel! Very friendly and especially, helpful staff - who work to make sure you have the best possible stay. They even offer to do the covid test at their hotel at any time with actually cheaper price than at the clinics. Must mention an excellent breakfast buffet. I am definitely coming back with my friends - Zemeli hotel is highly recommend from now on.

The major problem we had was: We booked one month in advance, got confirmation via email for EALRY CHECK-IN. We arrived on the agreed day around 6am from Europe, after a long flight where we didn’t sleep at all, to discover that the last room available was given away IN FRONT OF OUR EYES to another couple that booked just the day before. The person at the reception justified himself just saying “sorry, there was a problem in the system” and he didn’t offer any solution or help. We had a wedding planned for the evening so we wanted to sleep and we had to look for another hotel that early in the day and we ended up paying €100 to sleep a few hours. We stayed at Zemeli for the next 2 days (already booked and paid for it) and during that time we had no one addressing the issue until the last moment, when we were leaving with our luggage, when a person from the staff came to us apologising for the problem and offering a free transport to the airport (we were not going to the airport so it was no use for us). They said we had a “room upgrade” but it looked exactly like the room we booked online. We are sorry to leave such a review but this is the kind of inconvenient that may ruin a good part of a small journey. We hope that this incident will be a good reason for the administration to take action and improve their system.
