Excellent location. Alkhawair is the centre of Muscat. Spacious rooms. Service is good. Carpets are outdated and should be replaced. Other than that it is good place in the best possible location, especially corporates.

The problem with the furnished apartment here is that their kitchens are not sufficient equipped. They are kitchens for name sake. You will not find anything useful utensils to cook. Also they don't have washing machines. Not recommend to those who are looking for good kitchen to cook their food.
