3-star hotel that punches above its weight generally. Rooms are large and adequately facilitated with basic amenities. They provide disposable cups which is great for cleanliness, but not so for the environment with the plastic lid and stirrrer. Perhaps the hotel can consider replacing them with more sustainable alternatives. Service-wise, excellent! Location also very good as a major mall is a few minutes walk away. One other suggestion: install bidet spray in the bathroom 😝

Our family had a fantastic stay at the Mandarin Hotel! The accommodation was comfortable, and the service was excellent. The staff was friendly and attentive to our needs. The family-friendly atmosphere made us feel right at home. We enjoyed the amenities and the convenient location. Looking forward to returning for another wonderful stay.

Our thanksgiving celebration at Mandarin Plaza Hotel was truly unforgettable. The Crystal Ballroom provided the perfect setting, adorned with elegant décor and glistening chandeliers. The staff was incredibly accommodating, ensuring every detail was perfect. The Thanksgiving buffet was a masterpiece, featuring an abundance of delectable dishes that catered to all palates. The service throughout the evening was exceptional, with our dedicated team of servers attentive and efficient. Live music added to the festive mood, and comfortable seating areas provided space for pre-dinner conversation and post-dinner relaxation. We are immensely grateful to the entire staff for making our thanksgiving so special, and we highly recommend Mandarin Plaza Hotel for your next event.

Great value for money. Big and clean rooms with coffee making facilities, mini ref, safety deposit box, slippers, hangers, table with chairs, working smart tv, hair dryer and free toiletries in the bathroom. Check-in was a breeze, staff are always polite and helpful including security guards. Location is top notch, just a short walk to Ayala Mall. Taxi stand is just outside the hotel. Free breakfast is buffet style, limited choices but filling. Highly recommended, definitely will stay again on our next visit to Cebu.
