Very nice condos that vary internally depending on the owner. Some are well maintained and others not so. The building itself is good with a nice pool. It could be improved by better communal air con. The air con in public areas I believe needs repair and hasn’t worked for some time. The gym is particularly difficult to use without aircon and you have to limit time on CV equipment due to your body overheating.

There are some cool and affordable Airbnb units in this building. The place is clean and the staff are friendly and professional.

As expected, the rooms are big and the whole place is just as appealing as they promised it to be. A long staying American friend couldn't help but enjoy their pool almost everyday! Great location, very near Ayala center. I'm just concerned of the deposit that the previous tenant of a unit still need to get back. I hope the admin looks on it and help solve the issue.

We stayed there for one year, the condo staff and location were fantastic. Especially Irene she is wonderful and made our stay very pleasant. However since departing we have faced issues with our bond being returned. We left over one month ago and we still have not received our deposit of 90,000 Pesos although the owner confirmed we left the condo in great condition. We gave the real estate agency and condo owner more than enough time to return the deposit. Irish and Hope have been ignoring our calls and most of our messages we can not get in touch. Very unprofessional and very slack service beware!
