Very clean, polite staff, tasteful and diverse breakfast. There is one pool on the roof, and one for kids as well. The bar over there plays the music quite loud, but we weren’t disturbed, we were expecting that.

Extremely poor customer service…….. I complained first night about wire coming through cheap or very old mattress! Nothing done. Complained again second night, last night, nothing done. I definitely wouldn’t stay here. Breakfast as other reviewers say is a joke, cold and non existent. DO NOT STAY.

The staff are so helpful and friendly. The room was quite good - only issue was the hot water would come in and out occasionally. Facilities were so clean. Rooftop was nice - pool wasn’t the cleanest but was okay. The location was good if you want to be close to things in Patong but it is a loud area and you can hear the street from the room

I really recommend Clarian hotel beach Patong! The Management team is very professional and the staff very polite! The hotel is at the right location- 3 minutes to the beach, next to Bangla road, beach bars and the main facilities! The rooms are very comfortable and clean. There are nice restaurants and pool at the top floor! The service and the food here are amazing!

I would not recommend this hotel after staying here for ten days. We booked direct from Canada for a suite. We went direct bc of all the perks they offer (drinks, massage, late check out, early check in, airport shuttle). Be prepared to not get any of these. It’s a bit of a scam. We lost a plastic key card - same as any hotel. The kind nobody cares about. They will charge you $20 for this. We didn’t choose the breakfast package and I’m glad, went once andit was not worth the money. There is literally hundreds of good restaurants around. The pictures were taken a long time ago. The pool is often not clean. La Flora across the road is where I’d recommend. Where we will stay next time. If you are going to stay here book on a travel site so you have more options for letting people know what it’s really like. Many sites claim an Irish bar attached. It has closed a long time ago. But there is a wood fired Turkish restaurant that will make your room smell like smoke. Not a four star hotel. Look at other options.
