This is a great hotel. My room was beautiful, with a comfortable bed. It was very clean, with hot temperatures during my cold journey in Tromsø in January. The view from my room was so beautiful, I was able to see the sea from there. I had dinner twice, the food was food. I recommend the included breakfast, the buffet was plenty of delicious food, for any kind of breakfast. The staff have been very polite, they smile all the time and they were always available if I needed anything. Close to the reception there are different coffees and tea machines, available 24 hours. During the weekend I went for a drink at the root bar, it is a beautiful place for a romantic drink with your partner. If I will come back to Tromsø I will definitely book this great hotel again

Excellent hotel, in a brilliant location. Breakfast was good quality and a huge range of options. Great views of Tromsø. The only downside was the TVs in the room - they don’t work, and are old and need replacing, but luckily we didn’t want to watch them anyway.

The room was very comfortable with exceptionally cozy beds and pillows. A great view of the water from the room too. The heated floors were an added bonus. Lots of room to move around in the bathroom with a nice big shower with good water pressure. The hotel is located in a very good location for all activities. The breakfast buffet is one of the best in northern Norway with amazing fresh breads! There is a wonderful bar located on the eleventh floor with amazing views. Nice lobby to relax in... We'll book this hotel in the future.

we stayed at the hotel for a total of 5 nights and we loved it! the location is unbeatable, it is in the center of town, all the tours start close by so you only have to walk a few meters outside the hotel. Our room was very spacious and modern with an incredible view of the mountains. The breakfast was very varied and delicious. I highly recommend it!

Great hotel in a perfect location right on the water's edge with beautiful views across the water. The restaurant serves lovely, fresh cooked food and was a decent price for Norway. Rooms were spotlessly clean with really comfy beds and a brilliant, hot shower which is just what is needed after a long day. Breakfast is excellent with a wide range of hot & cold buffet plus croissants etc. Unlimited tea, coffee and juice too. All staff were really friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We stayed over new years eve and the party looked great - we didn't go to it though as we had a 4am pick up for the airport the next morning so had a quieter evening planned. I wouldn't hesitate to stay in this hotel again and I would definitely recommend it to others to stay in. Thanks for a fantastic stay!
