Amazing view from the lounge area and breakfast tables. Airport bus takes you right out the front. Very convenient transport around the town. Central location and amazing spread for breakfast buffet. Very helpful staff when managing large amounts of luggage and having to leave them in a room for the day. Would recommend highly

I stayed here for 6 nights and had an overall pleasantry time. The location is very convenient. Rooms are clean with a pretty view🤩 breakfast is delicious 😋 However, there was one incident that really upset me, one day, I put the sign “do not disturb” and when I returned back in the evening i found out that the room was cleaned. There wasn’t anything stolen but I felt my space and privacy was invaded!

perfect location, directly in front of where all the tours leave, so it is very convenient. breakfast with a dedicated Barista, fresh omelet and also fresh and quite wide diversity of fruits (even papaya that we dont find too often); breads were quite good as well. our room was quite silent and nice, with a full harbor view. the couch in our room was closed but on my way to the reception I met a really nice employee in the elevator who promptly fixed everything, brought bedsheets and prepared the whole room immediately. super perfect hotel and stay. I highly recommend!!

DON'T STAY HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR SLEEP. there was a wedding party that rented the ballroom till 2am that was literally shaking the building. when I called the front desk at MIDNIGHT to complain about the insane noise, they told me "I don't know what you want, they rented the room and their DJ till 2am"... absolutely unacceptable. we rented a hotel room, not a room at the dance club. ALSO, had an issue when we arrived with the porters leaving people's bags outside completely unattended. wouldn't recommend leaving your belongings in the hands of these people as they clearly do not care about their patrons. such a shame because other than the noise and pompous/careless/rude staff, the hotel itself was nice. I love when hotels provide little things like a fan in the room, carpet in the rooms, espresso machine in the cafe, etc. this hotel even had an HDMI IN for the TV, so you can plug in your own devices. I travel with a fire stick so I can watch my own stuff and usually have to pull the TV out and mess with all the cables but here I just plugged in my fire stick and good to go... I will add that the room could've been much cleaner though. soap scum in the shower, water spots on the mirror, fingerprints on the switches and glass, etc. I travel internationally a few months a year, and I understand that I'm fairly critical of certain things, but customer service is absolutely paramount and as such, i would never give this hotel my money again.
