This is the second time I live in this beautiful place, and I thank the receptionist (Burhan) very much. He is a helpful and courteous employee. He helped me solve my problem with the taxi and get my money back from him. I wish him success.

Price is good. Location is good but not good at the same time. Though it is a 10 minute walk to taksim square, it is down the hill, so it is pretty hard to walk there with luggage. It is an apartment accomodation, but it is not serviced apartment. They do not provide room cleaning if you stay for more than one day.

It's pretty mediocre. Except for the sunset which looks amazing. The rooms are of typical cheaply constructed boutique hotel style and the cleaning crew obviously has problems keeping it all tidy. It's cheap for the area and offers huge balconies.

If I can give under zero I would give, this is maybe the 5th time I accommodate at this apartments, but this time will be the last. Everything change since last visit. Cleanliness: Zero Service: Zero Apartment Smell is so bad, the windows need maintenance as you feel the noise as you are sleeping in the street, air conditioning is not working we ask them to come and fix it they say are coming and nobody come. By the value of money I have paid I would pay for much better hotels or apartments.
