Friendly receptionists, clean but small-ish room (2 people/double bed). Tiniest bathroom I've ever seen, but good enough for one or two nights. Would have loved to have a table next to the bed to put some stuff there (book, phone, glasses, water etc) but managed well enough.

Idle place to stay near to Hamburg railway station and bus station. Can reach to many places within a walking distance. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Stayed in a 6 beds female dorm with clean bathroom and many facilities. Room service comes daily to clean the room. It’s worth to what we pay

Very good hostel! Comfortable bed, spacious room, and very clean overall. Each room has it's own bathroom. It's literally right in front of the train station, so the location It's really good, but at nice it can be a little lousy, so you better have earplugs for your sleep, as in every hostel.

I stayed in a 6 beds female dorm, I was a bit afraid that I wouldn't get any sleep because of the noice outside or my roommates. Luckily there was a good vibe between the other ladies and it was very quiet. I had a good night rest. The hostel itself is rather basic, not as fancy as other Generator Hostels. The bathroom in the dorm is really really small and feels a bit like a camping bathroom. I did not stay for breakfast. The location is good because of the close location to the central station. I only stayed for one night, and this was perfect. I would not stay for more than 1 night.

Worst generator I’ve ever visited! I’ve been in more than five and after the experience in this one it will take me a while to go back. The staff was slow and not very experienced; the boss was extremely rude and unprofessional. The lockers are not working and very expensive. If they offer you to leave it in a room they have be careful as they don’t always close it = very unsafe. Extremely noisy place. You call to reception in the middle of the night and nobody responds your call. The shared rooms are not clean nor taken care of and the private ones smell like pee (and the bedsheets do not look clean). The streets around the hostel do not feel safe. Impossible to rest well. A huge disaster
