No elevator, no reception in the building, small room with a kitchenette. The entrance always has someone drinking in the stairs. Do not choose this hotel.

The rooms are simple and ok. For an apart hotel the small kitchen is not prepared for cooking. Over all it would be totally fine for that small price, but the the service is extremely terrible. Impossible to get an valid invoice for accounting (business trip). Emails are ignored. Phone number is from another Hotel "Novum Hotel" and they reject contact. But you have to get your key there ... very strange. I will avoid both hotels in the future.

Room carpet smells very bad. Can't have good night. It gives headache and vomit feeling at free of cost due to bad smell. Look for other hotel.

Acora City Apart Living the City in Hamburg was the most terrible experience I have ever tried. If I could give 0 stars I would do that. Me and my family did not get the apartment we were promised. One day before arriving we talked to the hotel if everything was in order, and they told us that our apartment for 6 persons was ready the next day. When we arrived to the hotel, our apartment was given to another family two days ago. That means that the staff lied when we talked to them the day before. The Hotel could only give us two small rooms and could not live up to what we had paid for. The staff and hotel would not give us any compensation or could not even help us with anything. We had to take the two rooms because when you are a family it is not easy to get an apartment just like that. Furthermore the staff was rude and did not give us any good service at all and the pictures do not live up to the hotel in real life. They have the the worst service I have ever tried. Ex in the doorway to the apartments there were addicts "sleeping" for the night. The staff did not have any control over it. It is not a place for families. I have tried many times to get in contact with the hotel, because I want a refund/compensation for our stay, but they do not respond. They only want to respond and stay in contact if you are a benefit for them. I have today send you one more email! Zero stars!

Short Version: Horrible. Simply Horrible. Hotel does not care about customers, is very filthy, and in a loud location. Long Version: Do not book any amount of time here, there are much better options. The negativity began as soon as we came to check in. Originally we had a 5 person room in a neighbouring Hotel Novum. This was booked months in advance. We arrive to find out they had given the room to someone else, after we had booked months in advance, just as we arrived from a long flight. The man at the desk had no sympathy, simply stating that our group would be split up into different groups in different hotels. We argued, and ended up here. Although it could only handle 4 people, we asked for some sheets to make a bed on the floor. These sheets, along with the other beds, had bedbugs crawling in them, as pictured, which bit us. The area is shady at night and can also get very loud, even at night. Elevator does not work either. This is not a place you want to spend any amount of time.
