The hotel is very nice, especially the staff. Everybody are so friendly and smiling every time. Also very helpful girls on reception. I want to thanks this hotel for our amazing rest and wish good luck to everyone working here. Special thanks for delicious breakfasts.

Rooms are clean but furnishing is soooooo aged you just wonder where they got it from. location is good. There is actually no parking except for street parking which is often full. In general it is hugely overpriced for the quality they offer. If it cost three times less then it would have been a terrific value for money but currently it is a rip off.

You will never get what you see on their photos. I would pay for this room 20$, not 70. Everything is so old and barely working. Rooms are very dark and furniture is extremely old. The staff is great and working very hard, but the management should go to prison for what they are doing!

Absolute DISGRACE of a hotel with disgusting rooms and terrible service. I would not recommend this place to even a budget traveler! I was moved to different rooms during my stay and it kept getting worse. Been trying to resolve my issues with the manager but no response whatsoever. Made my Christmas getaway a terrible experience! WORST HOTEL EVER! UPDATE: Been trying to reach the management team. Been calling and emailing everyday since checkout to follow up on my stay and I've been ignored or just said to "Have a nice day" I have even been blocked by the general manager. Her number is the first contact number for the hotel and after reaching her once I was told she is busy and can't talk I should call the reservation manager. I tried but no answer and then called her back. The number then suddenly did not work anymore. How ridiculous is this service!

We booked this resort for 4 days over Christmas and as soon as we arrived we were extremely disappointed with what we found. Here's a list of all the problems we discovered: - The advertised fitness facilities which were an important amentie for us was closed for refurbishment, something which wasn't updated on Agoda. - Our 'Grand Deluxe' room was hardly what you'd call grand or deluxe and it looked nothing like the photos and was half the size. To make it worse, our 'balcony' was built onto a wall, so instead of the poorly photoshopped palm trees our view was of a brick wall which made the room very dark. - Speaking of bricks, I'm pretty sure the bed was made out of them too as after one night of sleeping on it I had pretty bad back pain in the morning. - There was a dead cockroach in the bathroom upon arrival and the room was full with mosquitos and we ended up with a lot of bites the following morning. - The pictured breakfast buffet was actually just a set menu, a nice and big set menu in all fairness, but it still wasn't what was pictured/advertised. As of all this we requested to shorten our stay and leave after the first night as we did not feel comfortable here and didn't want to spend our Christmas at such a disappointing place. It took 3 days for the ghost of a manager to reply to Agoda who were sorting out our request and even then they rejected it and didn't refund us at all. Fortunately the Agoda customer service employees were very sympathetic to our situation and offered a fair bit of money back to help ease the situation given how grossly we were missold. The one true positive I can say about this is that the members of staff on site, especially Jang on the front desk, were absolutely lovely people who did try their best to help out and accommodate us given the circumstances. It's the only thing that helped during our less than 24 hour stay here.
