This was a great place to stay. The only advice I will give is to remember to take your bond money and any accumulated food and beverage credits (for no housekeeping) on the day you check out, as these can only be redeemed if/when asked for. Otherwise they will keep your money. The lack of honesty about the bond and credits is why I won’t be giving 5 stars. Otherwise, everything was great.

Big hotel with attractive interiors and multiple buildings. Very nice rooms. Good for family. I think they have discrimination against Indians. When I checked in they just gave the key and told room location which is very difficult to find. i have to call reception two times to find the room. I saw in the next day one white man came and they took his luggage and accompanied him to the room. apart from this everything is good.

Hotel looks nice, the staff was helpful and the rooms were neat and clean. Both pools were really nice, not crowded and well kept, as well as the common areas of the hotel. Breakfast could be better - there weren't many options and black coffee from the machine was terrible.
