DO NOT BOOK, THEY ARE SCAMMERS! He takes your money, then he makes check in rules and pretends you didn't follow them even when you do so he can keep the room you paid for - and he keeps the money! I even called when we arrived at 8pm and asked if I could meet him somewhere to get the keys - he said no because we hadn't followed the rules WHICH WE HAD!

Be carrefull with that hotel. We book room for 2 nights . Our flight from Poland was at 7 p.m. so we asked for late check at 9 p.m. We send them many message until 2 weeks before arriving - of course with additional payment. They dont respond for our message and they took money for 2 night and informed us if we dont come till 7 p.m. on friday they cancel our reservation for 2 nights and they dont give us money back. So we didnt have room in Rome and money for 2 nights. We wanted come on Saturday in time when reception is open but they wrote that they dont give us room and money back. Horrible !!!!

Good stay. Spacious and comfy room with common kitchen. Superior location for exploring Vatican City. We were able to store our luggage during the day after checkout since our flight left in the evening. Helpul staff and hassle-free check-in procesures.

I'm staying here right now, and I honestly have no complaints at all! Friendly staff, easy check-in process, and comfortable rooms. A very short walk from the train station and maybe a 10 min walk to the Vatican. Supermarket nearby and good restaurants in the area. I might go with the private bathroom option next time I stay here, but that is just personal preference on my part! Will gladly stay here again!
