Super clean room. The staff was amazingly helpful. The location was perfect, walking distance to the vatican, with many restaurants and cafes nearby. Last but not least, we leave our luggages after check out and once we return to collect them the had already clean our room for the next visitors and let us use the already clean bathroom!

The room was excellent. The housekeeping was excellent. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They respond you very quickly. The room is updated and clean. The location is very good. We are very happy to stay here and strongly recommend to stay here.

The service and support is terrific. We travel a lot for business and pleasure, but nothing has come close to this hotel in terms of friendliness and helpfulness. The room is stylishly designed by an interior designer. We also received support on non-hotel related topics. Honesty, correctness and perfection - we will gladly come back.

AVOID AT ALL COST - NON-DISCLOSED CONSTRUCTION NIGHTMARE! We had a terrible experience at New Design St. Peter Guest House, and we feel compelled to warn others to avoid this establishment. They intentionally concealed a massive construction project that directly affected the property during our stay, leaving us feeling cheated and taken advantage of. Upon arrival we realized the property was undergoing a major façade renovation, with hammers pounding and heavy equipment causing relentless noise, dust, and disturbance. The apartment windows were obstructed and blocked (inoperable), covered by scaffolding and metal enclosures, depriving us of natural light and any sense of comfort. Privacy was also a concern, as the construction workers on the scaffolding had a direct view into the apartment's bathroom. This invasion of privacy is completely unacceptable. We are deeply dissatisfied with New Design St. Peter Guest House and lack of transparency. The property purposely withheld this information until the day before arrival and long past the non-refundable date cutoff. This is not a proper and honest business practive.

A Hidden Gem in Rome located within easy walking distance of the Vatican. The wonderful sister duo of Valeria & Stefania are extremely helpful and went out of there way to make this a very enjoyable experience and stay. Place is immaculate, in a quiet neighborhood also close to a Metro station for easy access to all the sights of Rome. Lot's of great restaurants within a few blocks. Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a good place to stay in Roma.
