We stayed there in earlier December 2023 for 5 days and we enjoyed. It's quite a great value for money hotel to stay at. The location is good and the price includes breakfast that looks healthy and delicious. They have 2 freshly blended juice everyday to prepare the tourist for the day. Staffs are polite and friendly too. A few downside, central heating can be quite warm in the room and can't do early check in. I would stay at the hotel again and I recommend it to travellers with a budget. If you expect full service and stay in hotel most of the time, maybe it's not the right place for you.

Great location and great budget hotel, it's a fairly standard basic business hotel with a large breakfast included (it's not an amazing breakfast, but better than most budget American hotel breakfasts). Self service, free luggage storage in the lobby.

Comfortable room, great breakfast selection (many western & Japanese options), great location, close walk to trains (about 7 minutes) and local attractions (Dotonbori & Ebisubashi ~12 minute walk), room had a view of Dotonbori at night.

If I'm going back to Osaka this is my go to hotel. The hotel is placed nicely as there are a lot of walking distance you can go to for touring, from varying from Dotonbori's restaurants and mall for shopping to night life and getting some alcoholic drinks nearby, train stations available are ranging from 5 - 15 mins walk depending on your destination. Free breakfast accommodation is delicious, I really enjoyed their omelette, despite the room being a bit small compare to other more expensive hotel it is still great and if you're touring you're only gonna here for breakfast and sleeping most of the time.
