Room was nice and clean, but would have been good if you could open the windows. Breakfast was included and staff were helpful. Being so close to the airport with a free transfer service was ideal. Only issue was the shuttle was 10 minutes late, which just adds a little stress when you are trying to catch a flight.

Stayed one night due to proximity to the airport for an early morning flight. Smooth check-in and check-out, comfortable room with a decent-sized bed. Although complimentary breakfast and airport shuttle were available, I didn't utilize these facilities. Few issues- 1. Underground parking proved challenging with difficulty entering and exiting, resulting in scratches on our rental car; cramped spaces and an unclean environment added to the inconvenience. 2. Disappointed by the lack of water pressure in the shower when using hot water, a basic amenity that fell short of expectations. 3. Frustrated with unreliable and patchy WiFi, hindering a seamless online experience during the stay.

I was pleasantly surprised with this place. I booked before reading the negative reviews, and dreaded my stay, but it ended up being fine. The shuttle was able to pick me up and drop me back off at the airport the next day. The instructions for taking the shuttle could have been more clear, but the service was appreciated. The room was clean and fairly nice. The AC worked well. It’s what I needed for an overnight layover.

Room was clean and breakfast was actually pretty good. Contrary to everyone else on the reviews, they answered the WhatsApp text right away and our shuttle arrived when they said it would. We came after 9:30pm so paid the 500 pesos. Trust me - that's the best deal you are getting unless you leave the airport on foot and get an Uber (we didn't want to do that). I literally texted that WhatsApp at 9:45 to get a shuttle and he arrived no more than 10 minutes later. We didn't order it in advance because we were skeptical about the price originally, but when we got to the airport and started seeing how much the taxi drivers ripped everyone off we decided to call for the shuttle. $500 pesos is better than $1500. By the way, this is for a 5 minute drive. Why I am giving so few stars is because the staff really really didn't care. And that usually wouldn't bother me, but I just wanted a towel. It took us 30 minutes to try to get an extra towel to the room (our room just had one.) We had to fight to get one. Reception didn't answer calls. Then we went there and they said they would bring one up. A lady with a cart wouldn't give us one because she "didn't have any." Then we go back to reception. They dismissed our pleas because they were "with their clients" (what am I?). So rude! Tip: causing a total scene in front of other customers got us a towel. If management reads these reviews they might want to fix their employee's attitudes. Carlos was super rude. Claudio finally helped us out. During breakfast they didn't have cups or bowls, but after asking them they brought them (with bad faces). Cockroach in the hallway on second floor. Enjoy the Cancun Airport Comfort Inn!! Or even better - go to the Fairfield next door and get a free shuttle to make up all difference in price.

NEVER WILL I USE THIS HOTEL OR RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. They lied about the shuttle, upon arrival ant the airport I called the hotel and for 2 hours they never answered the phone yet when we went to the hotel after having to get a cab which cost 40 USD there were 3 people in reception and they did not even bother to pick up the phone. I chose that hotel because it promised 24 hour shuttle service. No where did it say we need 24 hours to reserve, in fact we had booked less than 24 hours so that was not possible. Then we had an early flight and were told that the shuttle only starts at 7am.....I was so angry and it destroyed our vacation..... seemingly from other reviews this is an issue yet they have made no accommodations to rectify there situation. Its shameful!!!!!
