Stayed here before and after our resort stay for one night each, due to a late flight arrival and an early flight departure when leaving. Both check ins were very smooth. Prompt roll away bed brought to our room at 11pm. Hot breakfast with made to order omelets and other good options. Wish I knew about the airport shuttle because I could have saved my family from walking across a busy 6 lane road late at night but was able to prearrange the shuttle for 4am on checkout and it was prompt and driver helped with our bags. So call ahead and prearrange airport shuttle before arriving. Would stay again!

We were delayed for our flight out of cancun to British Columbia. So we rented rooms there for the family. Absolutely lived the atmosphere. The swim around the pool area was so cool. I'm not a gym guy, but it seemed like a really nice area. I would most definitely stay here again if I ever had to overnight in cancun. Thank you guys very much for being so accommodating and patient with all of the people who were going through what we were. They were very friendly. I would definitely recommend this for your overnight stay if needed

We stayed at this hotel for the final night of our honeymoon to be close for our early morning flight the next day. Staff are friendly, the room was clean and well air-conditioned. The pool and decor is beautiful. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant. When the food came, the waiter immediately realized my order was incorrect and fixed it quickly. The hotel is walking distance to Terminal 3, but depending on traffic, it may be difficult to use the crosswalks quickly with luggage. Great option for travelers waiting for their morning flights.

Great location in proximity to the airport. Friendly service. Room was fine. First room smelled like smoke, so we moved immediately. Shower drain was slow. Quiet hotel during our one night stay. Only main issue is that we are Diamond status and when we tried to use our drink ticket, we were told it did not count for the type of wine we ordered, so that was a rip off. Our drink tickets were right in front of us, so the bartender could have told us. Whatever, the stay was good, overall.

Our flight was cancelled last minute and not only was this hotel within a 2 minute walk, but it was cute! A beautiful rooftop with a very unique pool! We took a night swim and had a delicious dinner (soup was incredible) and everyone was incredibly friendly. What started out as a stressful situation ending up being a very relaxed evening before heading home. Thank you!
