The toilet water tank button is broken. There are no mats in the bathroom. They even mentioned laundry service and Iron Service but none was there. The sink in the bathroom had its button broken. The manager was too rude. The minibar was empty. No snacks and no water were there in the room. The blankets and bedsheets smelled like there were dust mites in them. When I woke up after sleeping my body was filled with rashes. There was no breakfast buffet.

Bottom Line: Stay somewhere else. This place is not recommended. -- Absolutely awful Wifi. It was barely connecting and even when it did the speeds were unbearably slow. Coming here to get any work done was a complete mistake. I had to pay for data on my phone to make any work calls. In addition to this my kettle was broke, the back shower head had a hole in the middle so most of the water was going in the opposite direction of where the shower nozzles pointed. That was a fun little discovery when I went to check the water temperature while still being clothed. There's no complementary water on top of this, something I'd completely let go if it didn't have all these other issues.

There was no towel in the room and reception is showing to be very busy and we never got the requested towel. The room floor was very sticky like as if it was some suger water dried on the entire floor. Furniture in the room are very old. The only positive thing about the hotel is the location which gives you access to metro and 24 hour supermarket and some shopping stores and AlGhurair center. The location is also marked by mistake on the google map it is showing as if it is attached to Alghurair center but it is not and it is located opposite side of Kadooli Supermarket and backside of day to day which is near Union metro station.

Stayed 6 dsys in this hotel. Good Hotel with best location. Hotel staff was very cooperative, especially Mr Jerom, on reception. Super market infront of Hotel. Many many restaurants, cinemas, shopping attractions, especially Al Ghurair malls, for best brand shopping in cheap rates. 1st Minus points.... the problem is that you will get hot boiling water all day in the cold water line as well. 2nd minus point .... room cleaner didn't changed towel when he clean the room. I called daily basis and asked to replaced towels.
