Major Disappointment, my employer booked this location for me 2 nights. The gym is the reason. However they say it's closed for the season along with indoor pool & jacuzzi . My room phone didn't work when I tried to call front desk about the BIG DENT in my Mattress. I also wasn't able to use my safe in the room it was locked. Nice staff & Decent breakfast. No food for snacks. I ate at a nearby restaurant then bought microwave food from another nearby hotel . Yes, I spoke with front desk apon checkout.

The two staff members were helpful and courteous. Room had more amenities than the Hampton Inn in VA including a refrigerator. Breakfast was fine.

If I could leave Zero stars I would. The room looks NOTHING like the pictures. Hallways that smell of marijuana, no hot water to shower with, broken shower rod, water stains, dirty towels, dirty sheets, broken lamp shades etc. Only positive news is the bed was somewhat comfortable. When you report the issues the front desk acts like they don’t care and do nothing to try and make it right. The owner and staff should be ashamed to work there or to own it!! Don’t even get me started on the fact they advertise having a pool and weight room neither of which you could access. As someone who has been in hotel housekeeping, I’m well aware of hotel standards and I can’t tell you this place should be ashamed!!!

We have stayed in many Comfort Suites hotels in many areas. This was, without a doubt, the most out-of-date one ever. The halls and rooms smelled musty and old. Pool and exercise room were both closed for repairs. Furniture was tattered, as were shower curtains. Upon entering our room, the first thing we noticed was a huge “crater” in the bed closest to the door— mattress very obviously needed replaced. Dust and candy wrappers were visible on the floor at the headboard of the beds. There was just an overall feel of uncleanliness. Had we been able to get our money back, we would have left to go to another nearby hotel. As I said earlier, we have stayed in many hotels; this was a complete embarrassment to the Choice Hotel name!

Avoid this place at all costs!! Was traveling through Georgia in the middle of the night and wanted to get some sleep halfway through my trip. BIG MISTAKE!!! I should have known when I walked in. Rooms are filthy and bathrooms are unusable. When brought to the front offices attention, I was dismissed and told to call the corporate office even when shown these photos. Rude unprofessional and extremely dirty. Do not bring your family here. You will regret it!! Bathrooms are gross as seen in the photos. There are better options in the area. Way better. Avoid this location!!!! Terrible staff and filthy accommodations.
