Poor customer service and very rude staff. We experienced an issue with our TV during our visit. We called the front desk and they put my wife on hold for 10 minutes. I finally went down to the desk and the supposed maintenance man, Sam, came up to the room and he proceeded to make a bunch of excuses that had nothing to do with our issue and then he started raising his voice at us as if we had done something wrong. I had to ask him to leave the room without the issue being resolved. He said he would come back. He didn’t. Never staying here or another Sleep Inn again.

This is THE PLACE to stop to get a few hours of sleep while on the road! Not only are the rooms clean, spacious and in good shape, the beds are really comfortable too, and they are reasonable with their pricing. Another place 4 minutes away tried to charge us $170, double what Sleep Inn charged us when we walked in at 2am, which is a ridiculous amount for a 2-star roadside hotel. The lady at the front desk at Sleep Inn was very helpful and she was in love with our service pupper, plus she was super accomodating, giving us a room close to a back entrance so our dog could go to the bathroom easily. Over all, GREAT experience, this will be our new favorite place to stay on our way to Florida!

Easy to get to from the highway. Minor issues, first room was not cleaned during the day. 2nd room had minor maintenance issues, desk chair missing screw so arm was dangerously loose trying to stand up, light bulb missing in the bathroom, small piece of paper under the desk. Breakfast was stocked well but that left all the "hot" items on the cool side.
