Wow! Sheraton@ Brunswick is a very nice hotel. This is one of the best Marriott locations. I like the design of the lobby and the patio area. This location has the best staff, as customer service was amazing on both day and night shifts. The management at this location is absolutely excellent. I enjoyed the complimentary water in the refrigerator, and the mini refreshments in the lobby. My room was quite clean, also. Overall, I had a great experience!

The rooms were very disappointing. In my buddies room the TV didn't work. In my room the molding on the floor was falling off. The smoke detectors have some white strobe light on it that is so bright it makes it very hard to sleep as it strobes about every 60 seconds and lights up the whole room. The breakfast which was advertised is almost never available. The laundry facility was terrible. The change machine didn't work and I had to go to a gas station for change as "this is a cashless hotel" according to the front desk. The dryers will barely dry three shirts at a time and good luck if you have a load bigger than that. The gym is pretty lacking but I've seen worse. There is nowhere to put you clothes, just a dresser where you can hang a few shirts but no dresser. The rooms are pretty bland and not very inviting. I will not stay here again. The only saving grace of this hotel is the staff. They were very friendly and helpful.

Hallway needed to be vacuumed and the restaurant and bar were closed both nights we were there. Staff were nice, but couldn’t really do anything about the closed restaurant. Breakfast was $17.00 for two eggs, hash browns and bacon (coffee and juice extra) — you are better off down the street at Sunrise Diner for breakfast.

Generally a nice hotel, however they do seem to have a bit of an issue in terms of cleanliness. I changed rooms once during my stay as my first room apparently hadn’t been cleaned. However, the second room was dusty, there were stains on the backboard of the bed and hair on the bedsheets. Being allergic to dust, I did have quite a bit of issues here, which is definitely not on brand with my previous stays in Marriot hotels. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming and the rooms are fairly modern - this hotel would be perfect if they could get on top of their cleaning. As long as this isn’t addressed, I would definitely not recommend staying here. If you react to dust, bring plenty of Clarityn!

Well, if you know the Fairfield Hotels by Marriott, this hotel might belong to the same company, but in no way can you compare it to a Fairfield. We had reservations for a king-size bed on the upper floor. When we arrived, the front desk person told me that they didn't have anything on the upper floors, only on the first floor. Since it was only for 1 night, we agreed. This room turned out to be a "handicap" room, was not told, and the minute we walked in, it smelled stuffy and old!!!! Immediately, I went back to the front desk and requested another room, even if it was queen size beds. They were able to put us in the 5th floor on a 2 bed queen size room!!! This room was much better and seemed clean. Another surprise to us was that they do not include breakfast buffet with your stay like the Fairfield chain. We absolutely love the Fairfield Hotels and will continue to use them, but this will be the last for Four Points!!!
