The cleanliness of this place is not good. We stayed in a room with a jacuzzi which we were excited about. Upon arriving, it had someones pubes scattered throughout it. I was not impressed and nicely asked if we could just get it cleaned again. They did send someone, however she still left pubes in there for us. There were tiny ants crawling throughout the room, and the bathroom lights flicked horribly every time you turned them on. The second time we stayed, we got a different room that smelled strongly of something musty/rotten. It filled the entire room and you could not ignore it. We immediately had to go down to switch rooms again. Thankfully, the desk workers were very nice about it which I appreciated a lot. Overall, not worth it for the price. Hotel is run down and does not appear as nice as photos. For what we got, the price was not worth it. Would rather spend a little more somewhere nicer.

Overall nice hotel. Staff was very kind and accommodating. Beds were comfy! Only complaint was they need to vacuum the rooms a bit better! I would stay here again

Staff is great. Room is not worth the money, you can find better but if you need a quick night's stay and fly in red eye flights you can stay here. You will will about 1 hours for the shuttle, don't know why it took so long

To be honest, I didn't stay there. I am writing this review because my mom came to Orlando to take care of some business. She is 81 yrs old and doesn't know this area. She didn't charge her phone and I couldn't reach her .I was beyond worried. I didn't even know which Comfort Suites she was staying at. I happened to call this one looking for her and by the goodness of God she was there. They went above and beyond to help me with my mother! Thank you so much for helping me find and speak to my mother. They could have said to me,sorry,we can't help you ,but they did ! Thank you !

Everything about the hotel was great! Clean large room. Good breakfast in the morning. The shuttle to the hotel from the airport was good, got there within 20 mins of us calling. They offer shuttle service to cruise ports which is very convenient. Only downside is, you’ll probably be asked to be ready before your scheduled time. But they’re early! So that’s the upside.
