DO NOT STAY HERE ! Sleeping in your car would be more adequate than sleeping in this hotel. Don't even try to get a refund for your hotel stay because you won't find 1 employee to help you, and contacting customer services does no good either. But if you like a dirty cigarette/ mildew smell to your room with noise that will keep you awake all throughout the night, be my guest and give this place a try !

We checked in late, and the guy at the front desk was fantastic. Hotel is in a good location near 417 and 4. But as soon as you get to the hallway and elevator, it looks and smells like an apartment complex from the 80's. Everything smells like dirty cat litter. We got to our room, which smells like lysol over dog smell, and the toilet is broken. No problem, we get moved to another room. This room is a little better smell wise. All of the floors are washed with a shiny, slippery substance, which makes you not want to walk barefoot. No shampoo, one towel, a $20 nightstand that is peeling apart. When we arrived, there were butter packets and a disposable razor on the hallway floor. When we checked out, it hadn't moved still. This hotel is in desperate need of an overhaul. Do not let the description of "suites" fool you. I don't think the rooms are dirty (we didn't see any roaches) but they're just worn out. The hotel hasn't been upgraded beyond the TVs in many years. These look like dorm rooms after kids moved out for the summer. I love that they are pet friendly, but they need to contain that to maybe the first floor so the elevator and other floors don't reek and people with allergies don't die staying there. If they wanted to make the first floor bare essentials so pets don't ruin it, awesome. But maybe start at the top and start gutting those rooms and start over before I'd recommend this hotel.

I didn’t receive all the towels that are supposed to come with the room. I was surprised to see how dirty the facility was—the smell at the entrance, the dirty elevator, the stink in the room, and the floors weren’t mopped anywhere in the building. Our room didn’t have a remote for the tv so we had to request one, but didn't receive it until the second day of our stay; the tv had one channel so my preteen watched inappropriate shows. Cookware was not included (which was the reason I chose extended stay over competitors), and the front desk was hardly available whether I called or went to the counter. I didn’t like the holes in the wall of our room, and all of the lights in the room were working. I felt unsafe and uncomfortable, as if I rented from a standalone failing motel. I really wish I rented anywhere else in Sanford.

Where do I even begin? One the rooms, elevators, and hallways smell like wet dog. We get to our room the only light that works is our bathroom light. Speaking of bathrooms, our toilet stopped working in the middle of the night. On top of everything else, they have a ROACH infestation! I would give this hotel a zero star, but that’s not possible, so I give you a one!

The front desk people are very nice. However, the hotel smelt like dog pee and mildew. When I entered my room the sheets looked dirty, one of the blinds were missing, and it wasn’t put down all the way so someone could easily see in if they wanted to. The floor I don’t think has been swept and moped in months. Over all a very dirty and nasty place to stay. I did not feel safe at all.
