I've stayed at this location many times in the nearly 30 years. This most recent stay was very pleasant. Our room was super clean and everything was in perfect working order. I could easily complain about the hotel needing remodeling, but for the price, cleanliness, and great staff experience, you can't beat it.

This is probably the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Checking in, the lobby had Fox News blasting, which whatever on the program, but it was a choice that seemed to make people annoyed. The lobby also smelled very strongly of cleaner. The room we got didn’t have elevator access. The toilet handle was busted? As was the toilet (see pics). The bathroom door had streaks of what looked like pee running down it (see pic), and the towel I picked up after my shower had not been washed. I usually try to only leave reviews on places I like, but this place was so horrible, I had to warn people. The location is close to the airport, but we thought there was a shuttle. There is not. However, this was our fault, as the official website does not claim to have a shuttle while the third party seller said it did. The vent also didn’t have a filter.

I booked a stay at the hotel just to spend the night and rest. Unfortunately that did not happen. The room was in horrific conditions. We were unable to shower because the bathroom was dirty. There was hair all over the floor. The odor when you walked in the room was extremely bad there was even mold. The sheets were all dirty I had my daughter with me and I had to use a blanket to put on top of the bed from how dirty it was. We were all unable to sleep. It was late at night and we had no other choice in a city that we do not live in. These are no conditions at all for a hotel to be. Let alone having to have children in there. I am extremely disappointed by my stay and especially that my hard earned money went to something that I was completely unsatisfied with. I would like a full refund on my stay.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!! We left after 15 minutes to go to the mall to escape the stench in the room. The bed linen was stained, room stanked, mould in the bathroom, light didn’t work beside bed, air condition had mould around it and was black, so had to turn it off as it was spraying on the bed, power point pulled out from wall exposing wires, tv didn’t work. Upon returning from the mall, we decided to go and find a room elsewhere (Fairfield hotel up the room - absolutely awesome, but $60 more expensive). Went to reception, the lady there got someone to check the room and then tried to tell us that because we had sat on the bed, she could only refund 50% of the room cost. I explained to her quite forcefully that the room was not fit to stay in and they should be ashamed of themselves for trying to rent it in that condition. It was that bad, my 13 year old daughter wouldn’t sit on the bed and was crying in the room begging us to leave. I can’t express how shocked I am that a hotel could charge people to stay in a room like that. I’m visiting from Australia to see family and have travelled all over the US for the last 2 months and have come to the US every year for the past 22 years and this is the worse hotel I have ever stepped foot in. I would not stay here or any other La Quinta again even if they gave it to me for free. Read the reviews…….this many bad reviews have to be right about the rooms. Don’t even risk it!!!!! AND THERE ISN'T A CHANCE IN HELL I WOULD STAY HERE AGAIN!

If I could give negative numbers, I would. Better to sleep outside than in this property. The bathroom door was water rotted. There was lots of long hair in the tub. I'm bald! The door for the room, the padlock wouldn't work, and the top latch was broken off. I'm so disappointed in this hotel. I always stay at Wyndham hotels and am definitely going to look elsewhere from now on. I'm sure I will get an email that is autogenerated from this reply.
