The room and bathroom are big, and decor is well appointed. The only draw back is there aren't any windows, but the silver lining in this also helped minimize the noise as its on a very busy street. I would recommend.

Quaint little hotel right in the historical centre of Rome just a few meters from Piazza di Spagna. Beautiful simple rooms and service was excellent & always courteous. Even if the room didn't have any windows it still was a delight to stay there and would stay again without hesitation

Great location and rooms are well decorated. BUT DO NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE during the summer. Rome is very hot and the rooms are located in the top floor, not well ventilated, please note that some rooms don't have windows, hence during summer the room is basically a hot bo. The AC is inadequate. I have travelled and lived in tropical destinations and having good AC or a proper fan and ventilation is imperative. Unfortunately the AC in the hotel was closer to having a weak fan at best (and located nowhere near the bed). So if you are like me and prefer to sleep in a well ventilated and cool place when is 30+ degrees celsius outside, I would not recommend this hotel. For the price, you are better booking at a real hotel.
