Stayed here during my trip to KL. It was one of the best choices and was pretty convenient to get to locations around KL. Residents can access the sky deck which gives stunning views of the city centre. Security guards were helpful in the check in process as well

Stayed twice 4 nights and 6 nights with two weeks interval. Lovely apartment, Great location walking distance to Ikea and Mytown mall, 24/7 markets. Very close to the city center. Well equipped residence with kids area, gym, pool. Has a magnificent view to KL skyscrapers. Friendly staff even assisted to keep my luggage while traveling. I really recommend them.

Disgusting and not unfriendly service. Upon check-in asking to pay an additional 300 MYR, although this WAS'NT indicated anywhere. I had no card with me but only cash. So I stood waiting for something on the street at night without an option to get in to my paid room. But they do not accept cash deposits. Agent not answering in chat while I was asking how we can resolve a problem. After called and woke up my friends from another country, and asked to pay this deposit, and they paid - then agent answered me in chat immidiatelly. But no one returned deposit without pushing after my stay was over. Wrote in the chat for almost a week asking for the deposit to be returned, every day they answered me that we should wait. There are no live people at the reception, all that remains is to correspond only with the chat in which they are very reluctant to answer, although they willingly take deposits for no reason. The deposit was returned after a long correspondence, taking into account a commission of 75 ringgit. The hotel itself is not bad (except for the fact that there are no European sockets or at least adapters) but the service seems to be semi-fraudulent.
