Restaurant makes discrimination. Disability discrimination, My partner and I are disabled and I cannot eat sitting down, the day before yesterday they allowed us to take breakfast up to the room and eat it there, but today they protested against it. We told them that we are disabled, I can't sit and eat, they can clearly see that I walk on crutches with a cane... ( other people able to take!! I see people in lift with trays) Fortunately, they returned the money we paid . We take before two kinds of eggs, bacon, sausages, not cold food! You said parking separate, restaurant separate, so I don’t understand why mixing and why you write cold food?!! Other people same take the food in the room ( warm food). When you respond!, please respond clearly about my problem! Still don’t received my money back.£15 breakfast, so since I don’t have breakfast money ,what I can’t use. I'm sorry that it's bad that... I also felt very bad that at first they were understanding and allowed me to bring all kinds of hot food, even hot chocolate and even coffee, like everyone else in the hotel normally, and then to say that you can't bring food, you can't bring anything, only cold croissant ( for£15)we also have that, I replied. So my opinion it’s same human and disability discrimination. I see we can discuss things here on this public page

Do not book at copthorne hotel in Slough Windsor. This hotel is not worth of four stars. Upon our arrival, we found two lady bugs in the room, and markings on the wall, as well as cobwebs. The toilet roll was half empty as it was used by the previous occupant. We spoke to a member of staff at the reception desk, who explained to us that the reasoning behind the lady bugs being present in the hotel room was due to it being lady bug season, and I felt that this was a lousy excuse and we were being informed in a way to accommodate the lady bugs! I wasn’t aware that Copthorne hotel accommodated lady bugs for stay, free of charge, how generous of them. The sheets were not washed and had stains. The shower gel was not filled up and was empty by the time I had a shower, so that was great to shower without any shower gel after a long day. Hotel staff were unapologetic and could not care less, and had every excuse lined up in their defence rather than apologise. Whatever you do, think carefully before spending a fair amount of money on a hotel that is not worth the price. Our experience was absolutely disappointing. I hope this review helps you to choose wisely. I wish I had done more thorough research rather than booking a tired and run down hotel and wasting money on a terrible experience, as well as poor customer service. Thank you for reading.

This hotel has its own private car park yet charges guests £10 a day to park there - this isn’t mentioned on the website and so I will be taking this further as it is effectively a non-negotiable hidden surcharge. It also charges extra for facilities such as the pool - a bit greedy for a supposedly 4* hotel. The hotel and rooms are very dated. The air conditioning in the room was VERY loud - even when we turned it off, weirdly. At 6.30am the extractor fan in the bathroom turned on for some reason and was again very loud. There’s budget hotels near the town centre that present better value for money. I won’t be staying here again.

We stayed here as a part of our Legoland short break package. The hotel itself looked a bit dated however it was absolutely fine for us as we only stayed 1 night. The room was clean and spacious. The only downside was that the hairdryer stopped working after about 5 seconds of using it which wasn't surprising as I think it was older than me :) The hotel should definitely invest in updating those. We didn't have time to complain or request a new one as we needed to check out. The soundproofing in the rooms wasn't great, we could hear every sneeze in the room next to us. But apart from that, everything was fine. All the staff were very polite and friendly. Breakfast was quite basic but we all managed to find something we liked and nobody left hungry. The car park was very tight - bear in mind if you have a larger car. All in all we were satisfied with our stay.

I booked Copthorne as part of our trip to Legoland and didn't disappoint. Room was very spacious and clean. We stayed 3nights. We had an early check in as we arrived around 10am and we're very accommodating and helpful. It was an extra charge but that was as indicated on website. We also tried the breakfast which was basic but nice and the staff very helpful. We also used the pool, with hot tub and sauna, which was great. The kids loved it, however was extra charge which for 45' so we only used it once. Distance from Legoland is 15m, from Slough 5' and Windsor 10m by car. Staff went above and beyond to make our staying memorable and special for the kids. Would definitely come back Thank you
